This place is brand new, spacious, and equipped with a fridge and TV, boasting a fantastic location near Wat Nam Hoo on a peaceful side street.

location: the hotel was next to the bars, bus station, town center and night market and the centre of town. for dinner, we went to fine mango, it was right next to the venue.

The place was fairly clean with a very GOOD staff. The room was huge & budget for hang drying clothes, had free Wi-Fi. The good onsite restaurant had a huge variety of food.

The location here was perfect! We were able to walk to the Wat Klang Buddhist Temple in no time. Plus, there was a night market and a regular market right next door! 🏯

I greatly enjoyed every detail about my 3-night stay. All of the staff were polite and kind. - the setting of the hotel was marvelous, very close to the walking street.

The location in a pretty nice area was great and perfect. There were a market and chemist's nearby. - the venue was minutes away from Pai downtown.

I stayed at Baan Kon for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The owners are incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me find my lost wallet. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The location is superb, just steps away from the night market but tucked away on a quiet side alley. The rooms are amazing, with a modern and new feel, and the bathroom even had a separate shower, which is uncommon in Thailand. a fantastic place with caring staff, a great atmosphere, and excellent location.

I had a very pleasant stay at Baan Kon. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, allowing me to spread out and feel comfortable. The large fridge was a bonus, giving me ample space to store my drinks and snacks. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the bustling walking street and the white Buddha. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly employees who were always ready to assist. The tours booked through the hotel were affordable and arranged promptly. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive, and I was grateful for the provided amenities such as a hairdryer, lockable drawer, and kettle. Although there were a few mosquitos in the room, the overall experience was fantastic. The only minor drawbacks were the slightly hard mattresses and the thin walls which allowed for some noise from neighboring rooms. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend Baan Kon to anyone visiting Pai.

The location was amazing, with everything within walking distance. Plus, renting a moped made exploring even easier. The rooms were generally clean and the breakfast was really good. I also loved the privacy curtains in the dorms, giving me the option to sleep naked if I wanted to.

The windows in the dorms didn't close properly, allowing insects to enter. Additionally, having the bathroom/shower building located outside was not ideal.

Travelling alone, I treated myself to a couple of nights at Baan Kon. The superior room was pure luxury with a massive bed and excellent shower. The owners were very accommodating. The location, just off the main walking street, was perfect - close to shops, restaurants, and the bus station. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, just a quick 2-minute walk from the bus station, night market, and 7-11. And to top it off, there was a motorbike rental right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient to explore Pai. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Baan Kon for a great stay in Pai.
